Everything you need to start meal planning

No more scribbling menus on junk mail or little notepads which are easy to lose.

I've put together two basic resources for creating your first meal plan and building your repertoire of favorite recipes.

Menu Planner

There are two options for menus:

1. Weekly planner with space to fill in breakfasts, lunches, and dinners

2. Monthly planner with one box for each day, best suited for planning dinners only

Cheatsheets

These cheatsheets are meant to become master lists of your favorite meals. They are resources that you can add to as you try more recipes and find new favorites!

You can refer back to these when you're feeling stuck for dinner inspiration and want a tried-and-true meal.

I've included two options here as well:

1. Organize meals by type of meat or protein

2. Organize meals by type of dish or preparation method

You can choose the one that best fits your cooking style, or try both!
